Another case has been filed against Telangana's former minister Harish Rao based on the complaint of Congress leader Chakradhar Goud. The case includes charges of phone tapping and threats to life. The police have registered the case under relevant sections of the BNS Act. Chakradhar Goud had earlier filed a complaint with the DGP regarding phone tapping and approached the court for legal action.

Hyderabad: Another case has been registered against Telangana's former minister Harish Rao. Based on the complaint of Congress leader Chakradhar Goud, the Bachupally police in Hyderabad have filed a case against BRS leader Harish Rao. Chakradhar Goud approached the Bachupally police stating that he feared for his life due to threats from Harish Rao and three others. Following the victim's complaint, a case has been registered against Santosh Kumar, Harish Rao, Ramulu, and Vamsi.
In the case against former minister Harish Rao, he has been named as A2. A case has been filed against him under Sections 351(2) R/W 3, (5) of the BNS Act. The police have added the names of Vamsi Krishna as A1, Santosh Kumar as A3, and Parushuramu as A4, with Harish Rao listed as A2. Previously, Chakradhar Goud had accused Harish Rao of phone tapping. He alleged that his phone was tapped, and his conversations with his wife and relatives were listened to. Chakradhar Goud had approached both the police and the court for legal action. Now, the recent complaint about a threat to his life from Harish Rao and others has created a stir.
On June 19, Chakradhar Goud lodged a complaint with the DGP. He accused Harish Rao of tapping his phone, as well as those of his family members and friends. Last year, Chakradhar Goud filed a complaint with the DGP stating that his phone was tapped. However, when the police did not take action, he approached the court.
