Sediqullah Atal

Sediqullah Atal is an Afghan cricketer born on August 12, 2001. He is a left-handed opening batter who made his professional debut in the 2020 Shpageeza Cricket League for Kabul Eagles. Atal was part of Afghanistan's squad for the 2020 Under-19 Cricket World Cup and later made his List A debut in 2021 for Band-e-Amir Region.

In 2023, he made his T20I debut against Pakistan. His impressive form in the ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup 2024, where he scored 368 runs with a strike rate of 147.79, earned him the Player of the Tournament award. This performance led to his inclusion in Afghanistan's squad for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. Atal has also made his ODI debut and is known for his aggressive batting style and ability to perform under pressure.
