The most unusual aspect is its mechanical elements that allow the device to physically move—potentially to follow a user around a room or express emotional cues through motion. OpenAI’s approach breaks that mold by adding kinetic movement and a claimed “personality” that evolves over time. According to the report, the device uses advanced AI models to learn its owner’s preferences and habits, adapting its responses and proactive suggestions accordingly.
